Do I need to know anything about computers or websites?
No, not at all. You just call us or WhatsApp us, tell us about your business, and we do everything. You do not need to know what hosting is, what a domain is, or how websites work. We handle all the technical parts.
How long does it take to get my website?
Usually 2-3 working days from the time we have your business details. Your email addresses can be set up on the same day.
How do I get started?

Pricing and Payment
How much does it cost?
We have 3 plans:
Starter -- $10/month: 1-page website, 1 email address, domain included.
Business -- $20/month: Up to 5-page website, 3 email addresses, contact form, basic SEO.
Professional -- $35/month: Up to 15-page website, 5 email addresses, blog, advanced SEO, Google Maps.
All plans include your domain name, SSL security, and hosting. No setup fees.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
No. Zero. The monthly price is the total price. We do not charge for setup, design, domain registration, or anything else. What you see is what you pay.
How do I pay?
We accept EcoCash, bank transfer, and USD cash. You pay monthly -- like paying for your DSTV or your airtime. Simple and straightforward.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Start with the Starter plan and upgrade to Business or Professional anytime as your business grows. Just WhatsApp us and we will upgrade you.
What if I cannot afford it right now?
Our Starter plan is only $10/month -- less than the cost of a pizza. For that, you get a professional website and email that makes your business look credible. It is the most affordable way to get your business online.
What You Get
What is included in the monthly fee?
Everything: professional website design, your .co.zw domain name, business email addresses, website hosting, SSL security certificate, regular backups, ongoing maintenance, and support. One fee covers it all.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Every website we build is mobile-friendly. It will look great and load fast on phones, tablets, and computers. Since most of your customers use phones, we design for phones first.
Do I get a business email address?
Yes. Instead of using a Gmail or Yahoo address, you will have a professional email like info@yourbusiness.co.zw. This makes your business look professional and trustworthy. You can use it on your phone.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. If you already have a domain name, we can use it. If you do not have one, we will register a .co.zw domain for you at no extra cost.
Will customers find me on Google?
Yes. Our Business and Professional plans include SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) which helps your website appear when people search for your type of business on Google. The Professional plan includes advanced SEO and Google Maps listing.
Changes and Support
Can I make changes to my website after it is live?
Yes. Just WhatsApp us the changes you want -- new phone number, updated prices, new services, new photos -- and we will update your website for you. Content updates are included in your plan.
What if I need help?

What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime. No contracts, no penalties, no cancellation fees. Just let us know and we will stop billing you. We recommend backing up any emails before you cancel.

We monitor all websites 24/7. If there is ever a problem, our team fixes it -- usually before you even notice. We keep regular backups so your data is always safe.
